Great Service... I ordered a set of three clear practice locks and only two turned up. A quick eMail to them and the problem was solved without any hassle. PickPals made getting into lockpicking surprisingly easy. The tools are high quality and clearly chosen with beginners in mind. Everything arrived quickly, well packed, and ready to use. Great service (responsive, happy to help) and with the Australian price matching certainly the place to buy local for the brands they stock! As with all Aus shops unfortunately no small manufacturers stocked (moki, jimmy long, cl) and would love to see a bigger offer in multipick as I had to source some of my multipick picks directly from Germany but that's maybe a good thing if you suffer from GAS
