RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUND POLICY

  1. Unless you notify PickPals to the contrary by email within seven (7) days of delivery of any Products and such notification is confirmed by return email within seven (7) days of its receipt by PickPals, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.
  2. PickPals do not accept the return of any Products on a change of mind basis.
  3. PickPals will accept the return of Products if the Products are faulty, not fit of purpose, not of merchantable quality or do not match the description or images on the Site.
  4. Where a Product is returned in accordance with clause 17.3, PickPals will offer a replacement, credit or refund at PickPals discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  5. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the Product to PickPals however where PickPals determines that a Product falls within clause 17.5 PickPals will refund you the reasonable shipping costs of returning the Product.
  6. PickPals will accept no returns for normal wear and tear on a Product.
  7. In addition to these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by the Returns Policy. These terms and conditions will prevail in the event of any inconsistency with the Returns Policy.
