As automation and simplicity sit at the core of our business and in our ongoing commitment to security (and keeping the prices down!), we send all Australia shipping with tracking, signature upon delivery, and free of charge for Australian orders over $99!  You will receive an email once the product has been processed and shipped.

Australia Post has advised us that these orders should arrive at any destination within Australia within 3-5 working days. All postage times are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched to Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility, and often shipping times can vary.

We offer Express postage! Add the option at checkout.

Daily Shipping

That’s right, we know you can’t wait for your new lock picks. Order before 2 pm AEST Monday to Friday and we’ll get your order on the way that day. Of course, this excludes weekends, public holidays, and other special holidays when postal services are not available.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order ships and a tracking number if applicable.

Our custom software keeps you informed at each stage of the purchasing process.

Overnight Shipping

When you need your lock picks delivered fast

If you need next-day delivery* to a capital city or major regional centre in Australia, or you want your freight prioritised, then our Priority service is what you’re looking for.

We offer Overnight shipping throughout Australia.

*The following restrictions apply to our priority post

  • Australian Orders Only
  • All-Metro and outer metro Postcodes included except apartments, Parcel Lockers, and PO Boxes
  • Remote locations such as upper Brisbane, Darwin, and the NT, overnight is not guaranteed.
  • Overnight is next business day when applicable
  • If Overnight is not applicable, the next best express option will be used
  • All overnight shipments are Authority to Leave shipments

Large Items: Due to size restrictions, large items are not applicable for Overnight Services. This includes Sparrows Underdoor Tool. If you wish to have the order shipped we suggest your order is split into multiple orders.

We don’t recommend Startrack Overnight ATL service for PO Box, Parcel locker, apartments, multi-story buildings, and closed/private compounds where the driver doesn’t have access to the customer’s front door.

IMPORTANT: All orders shipped by  Startrack and DHL (Priority) are automatically assigned Authority to Leave. By choosing this method, you authorise the shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery. You do so at your own risk. Pickpals will not be held liable for such orders’ loss, theft or misplacement.

New Zealand Delivery

We do our best effort to get your parcel on the plane and over to you! Most New Zealand orders take 7-10 business days to arrive. Trust us, our products are worth the wait.

Optional tracking is available for an additional cost. Shipping with tracking will arrive in 5-7 business days from shipping.

International Delivery

We ship internationally all over the world. For a small fee, we’ll ship with tracking so you can have peace of mind and keep a tab on your new tools.

Standard Shipping takes 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are paid for on the import of goods into the buyer’s country and are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of importing will vary from place to place, so please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Will I receive tracking information?

You will receive a tracking number (with reference from Keepspace) that will allow you to track your shiny new picks as they make their way to you. You can rest easy knowing you’ll be soon opening your new picks and plenty of locks.

Your Tracking number is sent automatically using our awesome software, to your email – Check your Junk Box! You’ll be kept informed through each part of the process.

Keep an eye on your spam folder! Our tracking emails like to hide there.
