🚚 WE SHIP DAILY!!
That’s right, we know you can’t wait for your new lock picks. Order before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday and we’ll get your order on the way that day. Of course, this excludes weekends, public holidays and other special holidays when postal services are not available.
You’ll receive confirmation once your order ships and a tracking number if applicable.
Our custom software keeps you informed at each stage of the purchasing process.
Will my order go express?
We offer Express postage throughout Australia! Simply ‘pick’ the EXPRESS option at checkout. Australia Post delivers to some areas on a Saturday, probably while you’re in bed after playing Fallout until the early hours.
Express Postage times:
1-3 days depending on your location.
✈️ NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
With free shipping to New Zealand, there are no surprises. We do our best effort to get your parcel on the plane and over to you! Most New Zealand orders take 7-10 business days to arrive. Trust us, our products are worth the wait.
Optional tracking is available for an additional cost. Shipping with tracking will arrive in 5-7 business days from shipping.
✈️ INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship internationally all over the world. For a small fee we’ll ship with tracking so you can have peace of mind and keep tab on your new tools.
Standard Shipping takes 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are paid for on the import of goods into the buyer’s country and are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of importing will vary from place to place, so please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Do you ship overnight?
If you are looking for overnight delivery you have come to the right place. We offer an Overnight shipping throughout Australia Only. We just need a street address and we make overnight deliveries in Australia guaranteed more than anyone.

Simply ‘pick’ the OVERNIGHT option at checkout.
The restrictions are the following:
- All Metro and outer metro Postcodes except apartments and PO Boxes.
- Remote locations such as upper Brisbane, overnight is not guaranteed.
- Not applicable to orders with Underdoor due to size restriction however we ship Udoors through Courier Please for Express & standard Shipping
All overnight deliveries are trackable online, and guaranteed for your peace of mind.
Will I receive tracking information?
For all Australian order over $50 and international with tracking orders from PickPals, you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to track your Picks as they make their way to you. You can rest easy knowing you’ll be soon opening your new picks and plenty of locks.
Your Tracking number is sent automatically using our awesome software, to your email – Check your Junk Box! You’ll be kept informed through each part of the process.

My package isn’t here yet. What’s going on?
First up, track your parcel on the Australia Post website (or the New Zealand Post website if you’re in New Zealand). You’ll find your tracking code in the shipping confirmation email.
If things aren’t making sense in the tracking, we’re happy to help out. That said, due to restrictions with Australia Post, we can’t get any answers until the package is more than three days late based on the table above.
That means if we were sending to Sydney via Regular Post, more than 9 days need to have passed before we can get answers about what’s going on. We know it’s not ideal, but we have to play by Australia Post’s rules, especially at busy times of the year like Christmas and Easter.
So if your package is more than three days late if ship express or more than seven days late if standard shipping, drop us a line and be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number and contact information so we can find out what’s going on for you.

📋 Clearance through Customs
All tracked orders coming into New Zealand are scanned on arrival and again on clearance from the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs).
You can check for these scans on the New Zealand Post tracking tool.
If Customs are holding an item for clearance or payment of duties, taxes or Customs fees, this will appear in tracking as “Held for clearance”.

📋 Duties and Charges
As a rule of thumb, orders over NZ$399 will incur Customs Duty when shipped to New Zealand.
Use the What’s My Duty Estimator on the New Zealand Customs Service website to see if this cost applies to your order.
My products are damaged. Can I have new ones?
Oh no! Damaged parcels are the worst. We’d be happy to sort this out for you, but here’s the important part: if you receive damaged goods do not throw them away!
If it’s possible, snap a photo of the damage and send it through to us. We can then arrange to replace or swap the items, and will organise for you to return the damaged items back to us.
I changed my mind about a product. How do I return it?
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return an unopened product, that’s no problem. Here’s what you need to do:
- Check our Return Policy
- Get in touch with our customer service team so they know what’s going on.
- Post the item back to us within 30 days of ordering it (you’ll need to cover the shipping costs).
- We’ll process your refund when we receive the item and email you to let you know.
- Note: We have a limit of one return per month, and we can’t refund goods that have already been opened unless it’s a damage or quality issue (see the previous question).
SHIPPING INFORMATION
As automation and simplicity sit at the core of our business (and keeps the prices down!) we send all Australia shipping with tracking, free of charge for Australian orders! You will receive an email once the product has been processed and shipped.
Australia Post has advised us that these orders should arrive at any destination within Australia within 2-5 working days. All postage times are an estimate only. Once your order has been dispatched to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.
