1. Sparrows Warlock Pick – The One-Handed Powerhouse
The Warlock is a pick that blends beauty and brute force. Known for its sharp, sleek design, the profile is similar to the highs and lows of traditional keys, letting us use it for both raking and tryouts. It is made of 0.025 American steel and coated with a UV print.
Lockpicking Tip: Use this in fast-paced scenarios where quick, precise attacks on pin tumbler and wafer locks are required. It’s lightweight, making it a go-to for rocking complex locks!
2. Sparrows Sandman Pick – An absolute Knockout
The Sandman is a unique pick known for knocking out pins with a well-placed hit. It has a wide-handled laser-engraved raking pick, XXL in size, which provides strength, and is designed to be reversible. The name gives away the Sandman’s biggest asset: it can set pins with a single strike. It works in a very similar manner to the twin or triple peak rake.
Lockpicking Tip: Use this in a fast skipping action under the pins. When reaching a false set, turn it dimple away from the pins. Push the false set pins in place (SPP), then turn it over and rake again.
3. Sparrows Octo Rake – The Beast
The Octo Rake is a rake-rocker hybrid. It is an oversized laser-engraved pick and made of 0.025 steel that works excellently on standard locks. It is a nice little tool for all those rakers out there.
Lockpicking Tip: Place the pick inside the lock and use an up-down motion. The pick stays in the lock while you angle it to hit the pins and scrub the pins open.
